Vitalis is a mobile app designed to help users track symptoms and monitor their health trends over time. By logging their daily symptoms, users can generate a detailed overview of their symptoms to share with healthcare providers. The design focuses on simplicity and accessibility, making health tracking feel more manageable for the users. This project showcases my ability to design for personal use cases while maintaining clarity and empathy.
